Shared seats, group bookings, what you pay online and when the driver’s details reach you. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.
- No — the core product is a shared intercity taxi. You book a seat and travel with other passengers going the same way, which is what keeps the fare low. If you want the vehicle to yourself, you can reserve every seat on a cab and a full-cab discount is applied automatically.
- One seat, by default. You choose the route, the date, the cab tier and the specific seat — and you pay for that seat only. Booking every seat on the same cab is the option to take if you want it private.
- No. That is the reason this site exists. Most operators in Meghalaya quote per vehicle, so a solo traveller ends up paying for five empty seats. Here you buy one seat at the per-seat fare, whether you are one person or five — on the Guwahati–Shillong transfers and on every day trip. There is no minimum group size and no single-traveller surcharge.
- Yes. On the trip page you'll see a live seat map — front, window, middle, back. Green seats are free, grey are already taken. Tap to select and you'll see that seat's price before you pay.
- ₹300 minimum, or ₹150 per seat — whichever is higher. So a solo seat pays ₹300, two seats also pay ₹300, and past that it scales at ₹150 per seat. The full fare and the remaining cash balance are itemised on the checkout screen before you pay.
- As soon as your cab is fully booked, or when our admin confirms the cab is ready to depart — whichever comes first. We send the driver's name and phone number, the vehicle number and its colour, by email and WhatsApp.
- Bookings are guaranteed — we commit to running your cab, and in return the advance is non-refundable. If the platform can't deliver a cab at all (weather, force majeure or no vehicle allotable), the advance is refunded in full to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. A no-show forfeits the advance. Full terms are on our Terms page.
- Every driver uploads their Aadhaar and a valid driving licence during onboarding, and an admin reviews the application before the account is approved. Only approved drivers can post trips or be allotted a booking.
- No — bookings are guaranteed and can't be cancelled by the customer. In return the platform commits to running your cab, and if we ever can't deliver one you get a full refund automatically. Emergencies are handled over WhatsApp on a case-by-case basis.
- One bag travels on any cab. Two or more bags need a vehicle with real boot space — an Ertiga or an Innova Crysta — and you'll be told at checkout if your bag count needs a bigger cab. Extra luggage charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
- You choose the tier — Dzire, Ertiga or Innova Crysta — when you book, and that decides the type of cab you get. The specific vehicle and driver are shared once your cab fills, so we only ever name the exact car we're actually sending.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your PNR and we'll try to move you to a later cab on the same route at no extra charge. Airport pickups (Guwahati T1 / T2) are the ones we'll flex for most.
- You choose the pickup point yourself when you search — Guwahati T1, T2, Paltan Bazar, Khanapara or another listed stand, and likewise for your drop. The exact address and a map pin are on your confirmation email and booking page.
- The cab holds at the pickup stand for up to 1 hour after the departure time you picked, so the remaining seats can fill. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot — drivers run on a queue and can't wait indefinitely.
- Yes. Children under 3 travel free on a parent's lap. Older children need their own booked seat. Please carry a valid ID for any child over 12.
