Shared seats, group bookings, what you pay online and when the driver’s details reach you. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.
- No — the core product is a shared intercity taxi. You book a seat and travel with other passengers going the same way, which is what keeps the fare low. If you want the vehicle to yourself, you can reserve every seat on a cab and a full-cab discount is applied automatically.
- One seat, by default. You choose the route, the date, the cab tier and the specific seat — and you pay for that seat only. Booking every seat on the same cab is the option to take if you want it private.
- No. That is the reason this site exists. Most operators in Meghalaya quote per vehicle, so a solo traveller ends up paying for five empty seats. Here you buy one seat at the per-seat fare, whether you are one person or five — on the Guwahati–Shillong transfers and on every day trip. There is no minimum group size and no single-traveller surcharge.
- Yes. On the trip page you'll see a live seat map — front, window, middle, back. Green seats are free, grey are already taken. Tap to select and you'll see that seat's price before you pay.
- You pay ₹150 per seat online to reserve. Two seats means ₹150 × 2. The full fare and the remaining balance are itemised on the checkout screen before you pay, so you know both figures in advance.
- As soon as your cab is fully booked, or when our admin confirms the cab is ready to depart — whichever comes first. We send the driver's name and phone number, the vehicle number and its colour, by email and WhatsApp.
- Cancel before a driver is allotted and the advance is refunded in full to the same UPI, card or netbanking account, within 3–5 working days. A no-show forfeits the advance, but you get a ₹200 credit toward your next booking. Full terms are on our Terms page.
- Every driver uploads their Aadhaar and a valid driving licence during onboarding, and an admin reviews the application before the account is approved. Only approved drivers can post trips or be allotted a booking.
- Yes — free of charge up until a driver is allotted to your cab. Once a driver is confirmed, cancellations are handled case-by-case over WhatsApp.
- One bag travels on any cab. Two or more bags need a vehicle with real boot space — an Ertiga or a Tata Sumo — and you'll be told at checkout if your bag count needs a bigger cab. Extra luggage charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
- You choose the tier — Hatchback, Sedan, Ertiga, Innova or Tata Sumo — when you book, and that decides the type of cab you get. The specific vehicle and driver are shared once your cab fills, so we only ever name the exact car we're actually sending.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your PNR and we'll try to move you to a later cab on the same route at no extra charge. Airport pickups (Guwahati T1 / T2) are the ones we'll flex for most.
- You choose the pickup point yourself when you search — Guwahati T1, T2, Paltan Bazar, Khanapara or another listed stand, and likewise for your drop. The exact address and a map pin are on your confirmation email and booking page.
- The cab holds at the pickup stand for up to 45 minutes after the fill window opens. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot — drivers run on a queue and can't wait indefinitely.
- Yes. Children under 3 travel free on a parent's lap. Older children need their own booked seat. Please carry a valid ID for any child over 12.

Flat fare per seat — no front-seat premium, no back-seat discount. Reserve every seat on a cab and ₹250 comes off. Luggage and night charges, where they apply, are itemised before you pay.
