The owner and operator of the online taxi stand website and app is Dasila Technology Private Limited, which has its registered office at [DASILA TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand-262551.
2. Our website or app is an internet tool that allows you to advertise taxi services and search for taxis online.The online taxi stand only serves as a technological platform for advertising taxi servicesand search for taxis online. It does not operate taxis or provide transportation to users. In the process of providing the aforementioned technology platform services, the online taxi stand does not act as an agent of any taxi operator. The taxi operator provides the amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, taxi type, seat availability, and any other details about the taxi service. The taxi operator's information is not under the control of the online taxi stand. Online taxi stand does not bill tickets or collect any advance payments from passengers.
3. As used in these terms of use ("Terms of Use"), "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to onlinetaxistand, and "You," "Your," or "User" refers to anybody who visits or uses the website or mobile application.
4. By using or accessing the Website/App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional rules posted on the Website and App by Us, such as but not limited to Our Privacy Policy ("Policies"). Your use of the website/app is subject to these terms of use.

We, taxi operators, drivers, and other Users may contact you at the mobile number provided in Your User Information by calls or SMS messages if it belongs to You, has been lawfully acquired.
(2.3) You must notify Us right away of any unauthorised use of Your Profile, User Information, or any other breach of these Terms of Use or security that comes to Your attention. The mobile phone number included in Your User Information belongs to You, has been lawfully acquired, and may be used by Us, our Operators, drivers, and other Users to contact You.
(3.1) Collect, process, and store User Information as well as access information, such as the IP address, IMEI number, and MAC address of the computer or device used to access the Website or App; Information once kept cannot be changed.
(3.2) Confirm and validate your User Information, either directly or through third parties;
(3.3) Use your User Information to get in touch with you.
(3.4) Share it with other Users, Operators, or drivers so they can get in touch with you, including through your mobile phone; and
(3.5) Adjust, restrict, or remove your User Information or Profile as necessary.
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited right to access and use this website/app as long as you comply with the terms and conditions stated above.
(5) Utilizing the website or app1. You recognise and acknowledge that:
(1.1)An online taxi stand serves as a platform for advertising taxi services. It doesn't run any taxis, and it has no influence over taxi drivers or the services they provide. As their (taxi operator/Driver), namevehicle number, and contact information are posted on the online taxi stand website and app, please double-check your end before using their service. Only use their services if you are completely satisfied. Always call the driver and explain your requirement before taking a taxi. Please send your family a screenshot of the driver and taxi information provided on the online taxi stand website and app so they know which taxi you'll be taking for your trip. As a result, you will feel more secure. You can always customise and bargain the ticket price and booking price with the driver before selecting the appropriate taxi. If you're taking a shared ride, ask the driver or taxi owner about the other passenger. Only take the shared ride if you are comfortable and feel safe.
(1.2) We are not responsible for any subpar or inadequate services rendered to You. We are not responsible in any way for the services rendered by the Operator selected through the platform, since the Website/App only serves as a taxiservice advertiser between You and Operators on this online taxi stand platform; and The user (traveller or passenger) is free to take any action against the taxi owner or taxi driver if a dispute arises between them. The online taxi stand shall not be liable in any way for any dispute that may arise between the user and the taxi owner or taxi driver. The taxi owner or taxi driver will be solely liable for any and all liability resulting from or alleged to result from the operation of the vehicle during such a trip, including but not limited to any legal liability, refund of money, vehicle breakdown, accidents, injuries, and so on.
2. You consent to using the Website/App only in accordance with its legitimate purposes. You specifically promise to refrain from:
(2.1) Use any data or user information supplied by a user other than you in any way, including printing, sharing, downloading, duplicating, changing, or otherwise changing it;
(2.2) Use the same or different profiles to upload numerous copies of the same user's profile;
(2.3) Violate anyone's intellectual property rights and/or store data in a computer system or another manner with the intent to do so;
(2.4) Use another person's profile, or attempt to do so.
(2.5) Use hacking, password "mining," or other illegal methods to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any area or feature of the website or app, as well as any other systems or networks connected to the website or app or to any connected server, computer, or network;
(2.6) Probe, scan, or test the Website/or App's any network connected to the Website/vulnerability, App's or circumvent the Website/or App's any network connected to the Website/security App's or authentication procedures;
(2.7) Utilize any automated tools to gather information from the website or app;
(2.8) Make any statements or comments regarding Us, our brand name or domain name, or any User on the website/app that are untrue, unfair, or defamatory;
(2.9) Take any action that places an unreasonably or disproportionately large demand on the Website/infrastructure, App's Our systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to Us.
(2.10) Manipulate the Website/App, services, registration process, Fees, or attempt to do so.

(3.10) threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other nations, or public order, or incites the commission of any crime that is punishable by law, obstructs the investigation of any crime, or insults any other country;
(3.11) Conducts or distributes polls, giveaways, pyramid schemes, or chain mails;
(3.12) Makes profiles or offers content that advertises escort services or prostitution.
(3.13) Whether or not the communications were created by You, at Your direction, by or under the direction of a connected or unrelated third party, uses any other internet service to transmit or publish spam to direct visitors to any other site housed on or through online taxi stand systems; or
(3.14 Any content that violates The Information Technology Act, 2000, Rules and Regulations, Guidelines formed thereunder, such as Rule 3 of The Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, as amended/re-enacted from time to time.
(6) Intellectual PropertyThe intellectual property in the Website/App and the material, content, and information made available on the Website/App, including graphics, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, the appearance, organisation, and layout of this Website, and the underlying software code, belongs to onlinetaxistand.com or its licensors.
You must not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell, or transfer (in whole or in part) any such material. The information provided on the Website/App is solely for Your personal use.
(7) Reputation, Feedback, and ReviewsYou agree to leave comments, feedback, testimonials, and reviews ("Feedback") on or about the Operators and Your Rides in a fair, accurate, and non-disparaging manner. You acknowledge that you have transferred all rights in such Feedback to online taxi stands and that we are free to use it as we see fit.
(8) Violation of these Terms of ServiceIf You have violated these Terms of Use in any way, or We have reasonable grounds to believe that You have, we may suspend or terminate Your access to the Website/App at any time, forfeit any amounts paid by You, and report such action to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies in furtherance of the foregoing.

2. Online taxi stand is not liable if a customer's luggage is lost, stolen, or damaged while travelling.
3. Passengers should not carry any prohibited items such as weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, or any other articles.
4.In the event of an accident, Online Taxi Stand will not be held accountable for any passenger's death, injuries, lost luggage, mechanical failure, or property damage. A platform for taxi service advertising is all that the Online Taxi Stand is. It has no control over taxi owner or drivers and neither owns nor operates any taxis.
5. It is the taxi owner's or driver's responsibility to settle any disputes that might come up between passengers in a shared ride.
6. Any type of dispute will be subject to Uttarakhand's jurisdiction.
(13) Waiver and SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be affected, and they shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision.
(14) Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes relating to the Website/App will be resolved exclusively by the appropriate courts in Uttarakhand.
